After finishing up co-hosting ‘The Wellness Collective’ in late 2021, the chance to host the podcast 'Building the Dream’ for Metricon came up! Working with the team at Wavelength Creative.We interviewed 15 team members from across the Metricon work force and walked the listener through the building process from go to woe. Considering being an architect was always my second choice as a career, this project brought together my two loves, and the chance to work with a script and producer and create something really different to my last podcast.

The Wellness Collective Podcast won a Silver Award at the Australian Podcast Awards in 2020 in the category of ‘Best Entertainment Podcast’. And was a finalist in the ‘Wellness’ category in 2019!We started recording in 2016, before 'Wellness' was a buzz word and finished up in September 2021. Over that time, Nat Kringoudis, my co-host and I recorded over 150 episodes, talking with both experts from around the world and regular people with interesting personal stories to tell to share their ideas of how to live happier and healthier lives for all of us, it’s was such a privilege to learn from so many people’s stories.
